White-label nutrition for coaches

You program the training. I handle the nutrition.

Macros built off what your client actually does all day (step count, occupation and the training load you set), not a bodyweight multiplier. The finished plan comes back to you and goes out under your name.

The deliverable

What lands on your desk.

A finished plan document, unbranded and ready to forward on.

Targets, and where every calorie came from
Food guide built round what they actually eat
The monthly review off their weigh-ins
How it works

Three steps, and it's off your plate.

I work with you, not your client.

01
Your client fills the intake form
You send them one link. It covers body stats, step count, occupation, training days and the foods they won't touch.
02
I build the plan
Calories, macros and food guidance calculated from those numbers, not a template with their name swapped in.
03
It comes back to you
Unbranded and ready to send on as your own work. Reviewed monthly off their weigh-ins and adjusted as they progress.
Not a calculator

Height, weight and a dropdown isn't a target.

Maintenance is built additively (resting overhead, then the calories their day and your programming actually cost them). Two clients with identical stats can land hundreds of calories apart.

Step count
A client averaging 4,000 steps and one averaging 14,000 do not get the same maintenance figure.
Occupation
Desk-bound, on their feet all day, or on a site. It's worth hundreds of calories either way.
Weekly training load
Your programming is an input. Session count and duration feed the number directly.

Try it with two clients.

No cost, no commitment. If the plans aren't better than what you're sending now, you've lost nothing but an intake form.

Pricing after the trial is worked out per coach, depending on volume. We'll sort it in the DMs.
